鞣花酸是一種天然多酚化合物，廣泛分布于水果和堅(jiān)果中。鞣花酸可通過減輕神經(jīng)炎癥損傷、降低氧化應(yīng)激、影響細(xì)胞凋亡、調(diào)控神經(jīng)傳導(dǎo)過程發(fā)揮神經(jīng)保護(hù)作用機(jī)制，并用于治療阿爾茨海默病、帕金森病、缺血再灌注損傷等神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病?？偨Y(jié)了鞣花酸的神經(jīng)保護(hù)作用及其治療神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病的研究進(jìn)展，以期為進(jìn)一步的應(yīng)用提供參考。

Ellagic acid is a natural polyphenolic compound widely distributed in fruits and nuts. Ellagic acid can exert neuroprotective effects by reducing neuroinflammatory damage, lowering oxidative stress, affecting cell apoptosis, and regulating nerve conduction processes, and is used to treat neurological diseases such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and ischemia-reperfusion injury. This article summarizes the neuroprotective effects of ellagic acid and its research progress in treating neurological diseases, in order to provide reference for further applications.
