鞣花酸是一種天然多酚化合物，廣泛分布于水果和堅果中。鞣花酸可通過減輕神經(jīng)炎癥損傷、降低氧化應(yīng)激、影響細胞凋亡、調(diào)控神經(jīng)傳導過程發(fā)揮神經(jīng)保護作用機制，并用于治療阿爾茨海默病、帕金森病、缺血再灌注損傷等神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病?？偨Y(jié)了鞣花酸的神經(jīng)保護作用及其治療神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病的研究進展，以期為進一步的應(yīng)用提供參考。

Ellagic acid is a natural polyphenolic compound widely distributed in fruits and nuts. Ellagic acid can exert neuroprotective effects by reducing neuroinflammatory damage, lowering oxidative stress, affecting cell apoptosis, and regulating nerve conduction processes, and is used to treat neurological diseases such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and ischemia-reperfusion injury. This article summarizes the neuroprotective effects of ellagic acid and its research progress in treating neurological diseases, in order to provide reference for further applications.
