[摘要]
目的:制備清醒家兔心絞痛模型,以便更好的進(jìn)行抗心絞痛藥物研究。方法:家兔在固定盒中適應(yīng)性訓(xùn)練一段時(shí)間后,右前肢及雙后肢電極放置區(qū)去毛,貼附帶泡沫墊的 Ag/AgCl 電極,連接多導(dǎo)生理記錄儀測定 Ⅱ 導(dǎo)聯(lián)心電圖。耳緣 iv 血管加壓素 0.05 IU/kg 誘發(fā)心絞痛。并觀察硝苯地平、硝酸甘油對該模型的影響。結(jié)果:清醒家兔 iv 加壓素 0.05 IU/kg,可導(dǎo)致心電圖 T 波電壓升高。給予硝苯地平、硝酸甘油可減弱加壓素引起的 T 波抬高。結(jié)論:該模型結(jié)果可靠,有利于抗心絞痛藥物的研究。

[Abstract]
Objective: To establish the awake rabbits model suffered from angina pectoris in order to carry out the study on anti-angina drug better. Methods: Rabbits were fixed for the adaptive training in boxes for a period of time. The Ag/AgCl disposable electrodes with foam pad were attached to the right forelimb and hind pairs of rabbits with hair cut to determine ECG Ⅱ. The angina pectoris was induced by iv injection of Vasopressin 0.05 IU/kg to rabbit ear and the effect of Nifedipine or Nitroglycerin on the model suffered from angina pectoris was observed. Results: After iv injection of vasopressin 0.05 IU/kg, ECG T-wave voltage of the awake rabbits was increased. Nifedipine or Nitroglycerin could reduce T-wave elevation caused by Vasopressin. Conclusion: The awake rabbits model suffered from angina pectoris is reliable and available for the study on anti-angina drug.
