目的：研究不同培養(yǎng)基組成成分對紅緣擬層孔菌菌絲產(chǎn)量和多糖量的影響，優(yōu)選出的紅緣擬層孔菌液體發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)基的最佳配方。方法：以菌絲體生物量和胞內(nèi)多糖的量為指標(biāo)，通過單因素試驗確定液體培養(yǎng)基中最佳碳源、氮源及維生素B₁的用量。通過L₉(3⁴)正交試驗確定紅緣擬層孔菌的液體發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)基配方的最佳組合。結(jié)果：優(yōu)選出的紅緣擬層孔菌液體發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)基最佳配方為（g/100 mL）：大米粉5，酵母粉1，磷酸二氫鉀0.1，硫酸鎂0.15，維生素B₁0.04。結(jié)論：優(yōu)選出紅緣擬層孔菌的液體發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)基的最佳配方，為今后大規(guī)模液體發(fā)酵研究奠定了基礎(chǔ)。

Objective: To study the optimal culture medium composition for the liquid fermentation of Fomitopsis pinicola. Methods: Taking the mycelial biomass and production of polysaccharide as detecting indices, the optimum submerged fermentation parameters for F. pinicola. were studied by single factor test and orthogonal test. Results: The optimal formula for liquid fermentation (g/100 mL) were: rice powder 5, yeast 1, KH₂PO₃ 0.1, MgSO₄ 0.15, and VB₁ 0.04. Conclusion: The optimal medium composition for the liquid fermentation of F. pinicola has been selected, which provides the scientific basis for the further research of F. pinicola.
