    目的：研究蜘蛛香Valeriana jatamansi的化學(xué)成分。方法：通過各種色譜手段（Silica gel、ODS、HPLC）對(duì)蜘蛛香甲醇提取物進(jìn)行分離純化，通過1H-NMR、13C-NMR等波譜技術(shù)確定化合物的結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果：分離并鑒定了4個(gè)含氯元素的環(huán)烯醚萜類化合物，分別為rupesin B（1）、chlorovaltrate（2）、volvaltrates B（3）、1,5-dihydroxy-3, 8-epoxyvalechlorine A（4）。結(jié)論：化合物1～3為首次從植物蜘蛛香中分離得到。
