近年來海洋天然產物越來越引起科學家們的關注。在浩瀚的海洋中存在著大量超乎人們想象的化學結構新穎、生物活性多樣、作用機制獨特的次生代謝產物。海洋天然產物已成為發(fā)現(xiàn)重要先導藥物的主要源泉。本文主要探討近年來發(fā)現(xiàn)的重要的海洋天然活性產物以及在新藥開發(fā)中所起的作用。

Marine natural products have increasingly captured the attention of scientists in recent years. There are great amount of secondary metabolites including unique chemical structure, various potent biological activities, and special physiological mechanism in the vast oceans. Marine natural products have become one of the most important resources of novel leading compounds especially for the critical diseases. This article mainly discussed the roles of important marine natural products and development of new drugs.
