18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)色譜柱,以甲醇-0.05%磷酸水溶液為流動(dòng)相,進(jìn)行線性梯度洗脫。結(jié)果:川芎中2種成分得到良好的分離,阿魏酸在34.96~524.4 ng范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好,藁本內(nèi)酯在276.7~2213.6 ng范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好,平均回收率分別為99.81%和99.20%,RSD為1.32%和1.65%。結(jié)論:本方法簡便,準(zhǔn)確,重復(fù)性好,可同時(shí)測定川芎藥材中2種主要的化學(xué)成分。;Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of ferulic acid and ligustilide in Ligusticum chuanxiong. Methods: The HPLC method was used with Accurasil-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm ,5 μm), and methanol -0.05% phosphoric acid as mobile phase in a gradient elution. Results: The ferulic acid and ligustilide was separated perfectively. The standard curve was linear within the concentration range of 0.034 96-0.524 4 μg for ferulic acid and 0.276 7-2.213 6 μg for ligustilide, respectively. The recovery was 99.81% for ferulic acid and 99.20% for ligustilide, respectively. The RSD was 1.32% for ferulic acid and 1.65% for ligustilide, respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and can be used repeatedly for the determination of ferulic acid and ligustilide in L. chuanxiong."/>
