18(美國(guó)Welch公司,150 nm × 4.6 mm,5 μm)色譜柱,以甲醇-1.5%磷酸水溶液(33︰67)為流動(dòng)相,體積流量1.0 mL/min,檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)210 nm。結(jié)果:固公果中薔薇酸與委陵菜酸能得到很好的分離。測(cè)定線性范圍分別為:薔薇酸77.4~774.3 μg/mL,r=0.999 9;委陵菜酸54.7~546.9 μg/mL,r=0.999 9。薔薇酸平均回收率為102.5%(n=9),委陵菜酸平均回收率為103.7%(n=9)。結(jié)論:該法便捷、靈敏、準(zhǔn)確,重復(fù)性好,可以控制該藥材的質(zhì)量。;Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of euscaphic acid and tormertic acid in the root of Rosa odorata var. gigantea. Methods: A Ultimatex B C18 column (150 nm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) and a mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.15% phosphoric acid (33︰67) were used for analysis. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the UV detector wavelength was 210 nm.Results: Euscaphic acid was well separated from tormertic acid and other compounds in R. odorata var. gigantea. The calibration curves of euscaphic acid and tormertic acid had a good linearity (r=0.999 9) in the range of 0.077 4-0.774 3 mg/mL and 0.054 7-0.546 9 mg/mL, respectively. The average recovery of euscaphic acid and tormertic acid were 102.5% (n=9) and 103.7% (n=9). Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, and reproducible, which is suitable for the quality control of euscaphic acid and tormertic acid in the roots of .R. odorata var. gigantea."/>
