多藥耐藥（multidrug resistance，MDR）是目前造成腫瘤化療失敗的重要原因，尋找合適的MDR逆轉(zhuǎn)劑已成為腫瘤藥物學(xué)研究的關(guān)鍵性問題。國內(nèi)學(xué)者進行了大量的工作，在中藥中篩選高效低毒的多藥耐藥逆轉(zhuǎn)劑?？偨Y(jié)了腫瘤多藥耐藥產(chǎn)生的經(jīng)典機制及近年來中藥逆轉(zhuǎn)腫瘤多藥耐藥的研究進展。

Multiple drug resistance (MDR) of cancer cells is one of the main factors resulting in treatment failures, and therefore looking for suitable MDR reversal agents becomes the research emphasis on current cancer chemotherapy. The majority of scholars turns to Chinese herbal medicine following the failure of generations of reversal chemotherapy drugs. In this review, the current research progress on the mechanism of cancer cell MDR and the research situation of its reversion by Chinese herbal medicine are described.
