[摘要]
目的:研究不同培養(yǎng)條件對紅緣擬層孔菌菌絲產(chǎn)量和多糖量的影響。方法:通過單因素試驗(yàn)確定液體發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)的最佳溫度、起始pH值、搖瓶裝液量、接種量、搖床轉(zhuǎn)速和發(fā)酵天數(shù)。結(jié)果:最適菌絲體液體發(fā)酵的條件是培養(yǎng)溫度28 ℃,發(fā)酵液起始pH 6.5,250 mL搖瓶裝40 mL培養(yǎng)液,接種量30%,搖床轉(zhuǎn)速175 r / min,發(fā)酵9 d。結(jié)論:優(yōu)選的培養(yǎng)條件有利于提高紅緣擬層孔菌菌絲產(chǎn)量和多糖的量。

[Abstract]
Objective: To investigate different culture conditions affecting on the mycelia yield and polysaccharide content of Fomitopsis pinicola. Methods: To select the optimum temperature, pH, medium volume, amount of inoculation, shaking speed and fermentation period. Results: The most optimal liquid fermentation conditions were: culture temperature 28℃, pH 6.5, 40 mL medium in 250 mL flask, inoculum size 30%, shaker rotation speed 175 r / min, fermentation period 9 d. Conclusion: Optimal culture conditions are conducive to raising the mycelia yield and polysaccharide content of Fomitopsis pinicola.
