隨著基因芯片技術(shù)的發(fā)展,逐漸被應(yīng)用于研究藥物的毒性作用及其作用機(jī)制。與傳統(tǒng)的藥物毒理學(xué)研究方法比較,基因芯片技術(shù)具有周期短、高通量的優(yōu)勢,基因芯片技術(shù)的介入也進(jìn)一步推動了藥物毒理學(xué)研究的發(fā)展。從新藥的篩選、毒理安全性評價(jià)到臨床應(yīng)用,基因芯片技術(shù)將成為貫穿整個(gè)藥物毒理學(xué)研究的重要技術(shù)。就近期基因芯片技術(shù)在藥物毒理學(xué)研究中的應(yīng)用成果進(jìn)行了回顧總結(jié)。

With the development of gene chip technology, it has been applied to research drug toxity and mechanisms. Gene chip technology has shorter cycle time and higher throughput compared to traditional methods of drug toxicology, so as to improve the development of drug toxicology research. Gene chip technology is an important technique for the whole procedure of drug toxicology research including new drug selection, toxicological safety evaluation, and clinic application. This review summarized the recent application achievement of gene chip technology in drug toxicology research.
