Methods ES AquaSep C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used; The column temperature maintained at 30 ℃ of the ELSD; The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (24 : 76) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min; The temperature of drift tube was 75 ℃; The heating level was 66% and the nebulizernitrogen pressure was 172.4 kPa. Results Timosaponin BII had a good linearity relationship in the range of 0.62—7.79 μg. The average recovery was 98.75% (RSD = 1.77%).
