[摘要]
成像技術(shù)在腫瘤生物學(xué)研究和臨床診斷治療中是不可或缺的工具之一,活體動(dòng)物成像實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)的主要優(yōu)點(diǎn)是無(wú)創(chuàng)傷、低成本、實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè),而分子探針與活體熒光成像技術(shù)相結(jié)合對(duì)腫瘤的早期診斷具有重要意義。腫瘤的近紅外熒光(NIRF)成像技術(shù)依賴于穩(wěn)定、高特異性和敏感性的分子探針。綜述活體腫瘤成像技術(shù)的研究進(jìn)展以及該項(xiàng)技術(shù)與新的分子探針、顯像劑、報(bào)告分子的協(xié)同作用,為進(jìn)一步應(yīng)用于臨床腫瘤診斷和治療打下基礎(chǔ)。

[Abstract]
Imaging technology is one of the indispensable tools in oncobiological research and clinical diagnosis and therapy. The imaging experimental platform of in vivo animals has several advantages such as non-invasion, low cost, and real-time detection, and the combination of molecular probe and in vivo fluorescence imaging technique plays an important role in the early diagnosis of tumor. Near-infrared fluorescence (NIFR) imaging of tumor depends on the molecular probes with stability, high-specificity, and sensitivity. In the present paper, the research advance of in vivo tumor imaging and its synergism with novel molecular probes, imaging reagents, and reporters are summarized so as to lay a foundation on applicating it in clinical diagnosis and therapy of tumor.
