近年來(lái)，毒理基因組學(xué)的快速發(fā)展為生物標(biāo)志物的研究提供了一個(gè)更廣闊的空間。生物標(biāo)志物作為一種可以客觀衡量和評(píng)價(jià)正常生理、病理過程及治療藥物藥理學(xué)效應(yīng)的指標(biāo)，如今已被廣泛應(yīng)用于臨床診斷和新藥開發(fā)等多個(gè)領(lǐng)域。就毒理基因組學(xué)在發(fā)現(xiàn)和篩選生物標(biāo)志物方面的研究現(xiàn)狀和進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述。

Toxicogenomics has recently been developed greatly, and it has contributed a lot on identifying potential biomarkers of toxicity. Biomarker is objectively measured and evaluated as an indicator of normal biological processes, pathogenic processes, and pharmacologic responses to a therapeutic intervention. Nowadays, biomarkers have already been used widely at clinical diagnosis and investigation of new drugs. The progression of application of toxicogenomics on discovery and Screening of biomarker is reviewed.
