[摘要]
海綿是目前海洋天然產(chǎn)物研究中最吸引人的海洋生物之一,海綿中含有豐富的、結(jié)構(gòu)新穎的次生代謝產(chǎn)物,大多數(shù)具有顯著的生理活性。Phakellia屬海綿屬于尋常海綿綱軟海綿目小軸海綿科,種類較多,分布廣泛,在國(guó)內(nèi)外得到了廣泛的研究。對(duì)近幾十年來(lái)從Phakellia屬海綿中分離鑒定的次生代謝產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的歸納整理,這些化學(xué)成分主要包括環(huán)肽、生物堿、聚醚、萜類、甾醇、炔酸等種類,并對(duì)其藥理活性進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單總結(jié),對(duì)Phakellia屬海綿的進(jìn)一步研究開發(fā)具有一定的借鑒和指導(dǎo)意義。

Marine sponge is one of the most attractive marine organism on the research of marine natural products. Sponge contains abundant new secondary metabolites, most of which have significant biological activities. Phakellia spp., belonging to Axinellidae, Halichondrida, Demospongiae, is widely distributed at home and abroad, and it has been widely studied. This paper reviews the progress in the chemical and biological activities of the secondary metabolites from the sponge of genus Phakellia spp. in the past decades. The secondary metabolites mainly include cyclic peptide, alkaloids, polyether, terpenoids, sterols, and acetylenic acids. This paper is meaningful to the further research and development of marine sponge Phakellia spp.
