藥物臨床前安全性評價是在藥物上市前保證藥物安全的一個重要的環(huán)節(jié)，而其中一個主要目標是為了找出潛在的毒性靶器官以及研究毒性是否可逆。由于造血系統(tǒng)常常會受到藥物的影響，所以骨髓涂片評價也是在藥物安全性評價中評估藥物對造血系統(tǒng)影響的一個重要的組成部分，對常規(guī)骨髓涂片的操作過程以及重要性進行綜述。

An important link of preclinical safety evaluation of drugs is to ensure the pre-market drug safety. One of the primary goals is to identify potential target organs for toxicity and to study whether such toxicity is reversible. As the hematopoietic system is often subject to the influence of drugs, the bone marrow smear evaluation is also an important component in assessing the impact of drugs on the hematopoietic system in preclinical safety evaluation of drugs. This article provides a review in operation and significance of routine bone marrow smear.
