近年來，國內(nèi)學者借助現(xiàn)代實驗手段進行了中醫(yī)藥治療慢性腎炎的實驗研究，復制出各種與臨床癥狀相對應的動物病理模型，并以中藥干預治療，其中對與慢性腎炎相關(guān)細胞因子的研究最為集中，就該病的研究進展和熱點方向做一綜述。

In recent years, many domestic scholars studied chronic nephritis by both animal experiments and clinical trials with the help of modern technology, duplicated the animal pathological models corresponding to a variety of clinical symptoms, and investigated the therapeutic effects of traditional Chinese medicines. The key research was focused on the related cell factors of chronic nephritis and research progress on the disease and the hotspot directions are summarized in this article.
