[摘要]
干燥工藝在制劑工業(yè)上應(yīng)用十分廣泛。不同的干燥工藝對制劑產(chǎn)生的影響各不相同,它不僅會影響制劑的用藥量、臨床用藥的安全性,還會間接影響到制劑的生產(chǎn)成本。通過介紹干燥及其工藝的基本理論,并結(jié)合各種干燥工藝的特點與適用性,對不同干燥工藝對藥物制劑性質(zhì)和質(zhì)量的影響、干燥工藝在藥物制劑各方面的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀和對干燥工藝優(yōu)化或技術(shù)改進等方面的研究進展進行了綜述,為各種干燥工藝的進一步研究、設(shè)計、優(yōu)化和在制劑工業(yè)上的推廣提供借鑒和幫助。

Drying technology is extensively used in preparation industry. Various drying processes have many kinds of effects on preparations. They will not only affect the dosage of preparation and the clinical safety of medication, but also indirectly affect the costs of production. In this paper, the basic theory of drying technology as well as the characteristics and applicability of all kinds of drying technology are introduced. The effects of various drying technologies on the characteristics and quality of preparation, the application status, and the technology optimization or improvements are also reviewed, so as to provide the reference and help for further research, design, and optimization of drying technology in preparation industry.
