氣道炎癥是許多呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病共同的病理特征,氣道炎癥程度是判斷病情嚴重程度和指導臨床治療的基礎。SEC14L3是一個來源于氣道上皮的分泌蛋白,選擇性地分布在呼吸器官的氣道上皮細胞,其表達量隨著氣道炎癥的加重而顯著減少,與氣道炎癥程度成高度負相關。這表明SEC14L3很可能成為氣道炎癥的新標志物及氣道炎癥治療的新靶點。通過監(jiān)測SEC14L3表達量的變化,為呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病的診斷和治療提供重要的參考價值。

Airway inflammation is the common Pathological characteristics of many respiratory diseases, and the degree of inflammation can be used to judge the severity of the disease. SEC14L3 is a secretory protein in airway and specifically expressed in airway epithelium of respiratory organs. The expression is highly and inversely associated with the progression of airway inflammation. It indicates that SEC14L3 is likely to be a new marker and therapeutic target of airway inflammation,which provides useful information in diagnosis and therapy by monitoring SEC14L3 expression.
