[摘要]
目的 運(yùn)用超聲提取法對(duì)裙帶菜Undaria pinnatifida中巖藻黃素的提取工藝進(jìn)行研究。方法 以HPLC法檢測(cè)巖藻黃素的量,通過(guò)單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)考察了提取溶劑、乙醇體積分?jǐn)?shù)、提取時(shí)間、提取液料比、提取溫度對(duì)巖藻黃素提取率的影響;并用正交試驗(yàn)得到超聲波法提取巖藻黃素的最佳工藝。結(jié)果 超聲提取的最佳工藝是:乙醇體積分?jǐn)?shù)為90%,超聲時(shí)間為30 min,提取溫度為40 ℃,液料比10∶1。此條件下測(cè)得巖藻黃素的提取量為1.362 mg/g。結(jié)論 裙帶菜中巖藻黃素的含量豐富,超聲法提取巖藻黃素操作簡(jiǎn)單、方便快捷。

[Abstract]
Objective To optimize the technology for the ultrasonic extraction of fucoxanthin from Undaria pinnatifida. Methods The concentration of fucoxanthin was analyzed by HPLC. Affecting factors for fucoxanthin extraction technique, such as solvent concentration, extraction temperature, extraction time, and ratio of sample weight to solvent volume were optimized by single factor and orthogonal test. Results The optimum extraction model is as follows: solvent concentration 90%, extraction temperature 40 ℃, extraction time 30 min, and the ratio of sample weight to solvent volume 10:1. The fucoxanthin extraction rate was 1.362 mg/g. Conclusion U. pinnatifida is rich in fucoxanthin. The enhanced method of ultrasonic enhanced extraction is simple and accurate.
