Methods The content of 2, 3, 5, 4′-tetetrahydroxy-stilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside was detected by HPLC. The separation was performed on a Phenomenex C18 column with UV detection at 320 nm, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (20 : 80), and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The calibration curve of 2, 3, 5, 4′-tetetrahydroxy-stilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside was linear within the range of 10—100 μg/mL (r = 0.999 7), and the average recovery was 99.74%. Conclusion The method to determine the content of 2, 3, 5, 4′-tetetrahydroxy-stilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside is accurate, simple, and reproducible, and could be used in the quantitative analysis of 2, 3, 5, 4′-tetetrahydroxy-stilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in Tongle Granule."/>
