1的溶出速率與溶出度。方法 按2010年版《中國藥典》規(guī)定進(jìn)行不同粉碎度野生西洋參粉體外溶出度試驗,繪制溶出曲線,考察不同粉碎度粉末的體外溶出行為及釋藥機(jī)制。結(jié)果 前10 min,野生西洋參中人參皂苷Rb1的溶出速率為極細(xì)粉>細(xì)粉>超微粉,10 min后超微粉的溶出率最大,極細(xì)粉的溶出次之,而細(xì)粉溶出最慢。結(jié)論 野生西洋參粉中人參皂苷Rb1的溶出速率與粉末本身的粒徑和浸潤有關(guān),在粉末浸潤后,超微粉的溶出最快。;Objective Using in vitro dissolution experiment to study the dissolution rate of ginsenoside Rb1 in fine powder, very fine powder, and superfine powder of wild Panacis Quinquefolii Radix . Methods According to Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010, the in vitro dissolution test of wild Panacis Quinquefolii Radix powder with different comminution degrees was carried out, the dissolution curves were plotted, and the in vitro dissolving behavior and drug release mechanism were investigated. Results The dissolution rate of very fine powder is higher than that of fine powder and superfine powder at the first 10 min. After 10 min, the dissolution rate of superfine powder is the highest, then those of the very fine powder and the fine powder were the lowest.
