[摘要]
目的 研究甘草和大戟配伍的體外肝毒性。方法 采用顯微觀察法和MTT法檢測(cè)不同濃度的甘草單煎液、大戟單煎液、甘草-大戟合煎液和甘草-大戟單煎混合液對(duì)人肝癌細(xì)胞HepG2增殖的影響,并比較大戟單煎液、甘草-大戟合煎液和甘草-大戟單煎混合液相當(dāng)濃度下細(xì)胞毒性的大小。結(jié)果 大戟單用及大戟與甘草配伍均有細(xì)胞毒性,且呈劑量相關(guān)性;與大戟單煎液相比,甘草-大戟單煎混合液細(xì)胞毒性無(wú)明顯差異,甘草-大戟合煎液細(xì)胞毒性減小。結(jié)論 甘草和大戟配伍導(dǎo)致大戟的體外肝毒性減小。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the hepatotoxicity of compatibility of Glycyrrhizae Radix (GR) and Euphorbiae Pekinensis Radix (EPR) in vitro. Methods Microscopic observation and MTT assay were employed to evaluate the effects of GR, EPR, GR-EPR decoction, and GR-EPR mixture at different concentration on the proliferation of human hepatoma cell line HepG-2, and their cytotoxicities were compared. Results Both EPR and compatibility of GR-EPR exhibited the inhibitory effect on cell proliferation in a dose-dependent manner. Compared with EPR, GR-EPR decoction showed lower cytotoxicity, while the GR-EPR mixture was almost as cytotoxic as EPR. Conclusion Compatibility of GR and EPR could reduce the hepatotoxicity.
