隨著人們對(duì)于疾病的認(rèn)識(shí)越來(lái)越深入,聯(lián)合用藥得到越來(lái)越普遍的使用,同時(shí)所產(chǎn)生的藥物間的相互作用也越來(lái)越受到關(guān)注。聯(lián)合用藥可能通過影響與藥物吸收、分布、代謝、排泄等相關(guān)的酶、轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)體等,以改變藥物的藥代屬性(生物利用度、分布特性等),調(diào)節(jié)體內(nèi)動(dòng)態(tài)藥效物質(zhì)組的構(gòu)成,改變藥物的藥效(協(xié)同作用、拮抗作用、毒副作用等),從而對(duì)藥物的有效性、安全性產(chǎn)生影響。從聯(lián)合用藥對(duì)藥物吸收與代謝的影響這兩方面來(lái)闡述聯(lián)合用藥的研究近況,為聯(lián)合用藥的基礎(chǔ)研究以及臨床應(yīng)用的安全有效提供參考。

As people increasingly in-depth understanding of the disease, drug combination has been more widely used, and the generated interactions of drug combination have attracted more and more attention. Drug combination may impact the enzymes and transporters associated with drug absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion, so as to change the drug pharmacokinetics properties (bioavailability, distribution characteristics, etc), regulate the dynamic effective substance groups constituted in body, change the drug effect (synergism, antagonism, side effects, etc), and impact the efficacy and safety of drugs. Now this article explained the current research status of drug combination by summarizing the effects of drug combination on absorption and metabolism of drugs, in order to provide some reference to basic research and clinical application about drug combination.
