[摘要]
作為一種重要的藥食兩用植物,菊花Chrysanthemum morifoliuin化學(xué)成分復(fù)雜,用途廣泛,在食品、茶飲、醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)品中大量應(yīng)用.利用現(xiàn)代研究手段已經(jīng)從菊花里分離到黃酮、萜類(lèi)及有機(jī)酸等化學(xué)成分,菊花及其有效成分具有抗腫瘤、調(diào)血脂、抑菌、鎮(zhèn)痛、免疫調(diào)節(jié)、抗疲勞等多種藥理作用.對(duì)近20年來(lái),國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)菊花的化學(xué)成分和藥理作用研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述,為進(jìn)一步研發(fā)利用該植物資源提供參考.

[Abstract]
As an important medicinal and edible plant, Chrysanthemum morifoliuin has complex chemical composition with extensive uses, and it has been widely used in food, tea, and pharmaceutical products. The active ingredients such as flavonoids, terpenes, and organic acids isolated from the plant possess a variety of pharmacological effects, for example, antitumor, reducing blood fat, antimicrobial, analgesic, immunomodulatory, and antifatigue activities. The paper focused on reviewing the domestic and international studies on chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of C. morifoliuin during the past two decades, so as to provide a reference for further research and development of the plant resources.
