目的 探究疏風(fēng)解毒膠囊治療帶狀皰疹的臨床療效。方法 選取衛(wèi)生部北京醫(yī)院于2014年1月—2014年12月確診的110例帶狀皰疹患者, 隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組, 兩組患者均使用常規(guī)治療方案進(jìn)行治療, 實(shí)驗(yàn)組在常規(guī)治療上加用疏風(fēng)解毒膠囊治療, 觀察兩組患者的止皰、結(jié)痂、止痛時(shí)間。結(jié)果 實(shí)驗(yàn)組的止皰時(shí)間、結(jié)痂時(shí)間短于對照組, 兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);兩組止痛時(shí)間差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P> 0.05)。結(jié)論 疏風(fēng)解毒膠囊聯(lián)合常規(guī)治療可以明顯的縮短止皰時(shí)間和結(jié)痂時(shí)間, 有助于帶狀皰疹的恢復(fù)。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Shufeng Judu Capsule (SFJDC) in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods One hundred and ten patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into experimental group and control group from January to December, 2014. The patients in the control group were dealt with conventional treatment and in the experimental group with SFJDC on the basis of conventional treatment, so as to observe the recovery time for main symptoms and signs of the patients in the two groups. Results The alleviating blister time and forming scab time of the patients in the experimental group were shorter than those of the patients in the control group; The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05); The alleviating pain time between the two groups without statistical significance (P > 0.05). Conclusion SFJDC with conventional treatment can obviously shorten the alleviating blister time and forming scab time and promote the recovery of herpes zoster.
