目的 對(duì)九江學(xué)院附屬醫(yī)院消化內(nèi)科門(mén)診處方進(jìn)行分類(lèi)點(diǎn)評(píng), 了解治療消化性潰瘍基本藥物的使用情況, 評(píng)價(jià)用藥合理性。方法 利用醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)(HIS)的處方信息, 從江西九江學(xué)院附屬醫(yī)院2013年12月的消化內(nèi)科門(mén)診處方中篩選出消化性潰瘍處方, 點(diǎn)評(píng)分析基本藥物使用情況以及處方使用合理性。結(jié)果 該院使用基本藥物治療消化性潰瘍的處方率為51.83%, 基本藥物占處方用藥金額14.75%, 未優(yōu)先選用基本藥物的處方占48.18%。使用基本藥物不規(guī)范的處方占10.77%, 用藥不適宜的處方占12.35%, 基本藥物使用與《國(guó)家基本藥物臨床應(yīng)用指南》不一致的處方占16.30%。結(jié)論 消化類(lèi)處方基本藥物不合理使用主要表現(xiàn)在用法用量不當(dāng)、存在潛在的用藥風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及藥物相互作用、療效降低等方面, 該院對(duì)國(guó)家基本藥物制度的實(shí)施需要進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)。

Objective To evaluate the utility circumstance of essential drug prescription in Digestive Internal Medicine of Affiliated Hospital of Jiujiang College, to give the advice for improving the utilization rate and to provide the theoretical basis for developing the essential drugs. The evaluation on reasonable use of the essential drugs was carried out. Methods To make the random sampling of recipes in November, 2013 from the hospital computer system and give the evaluation according to Essential Drugs Prescription Review Guide. We used Excel to make the statistical analysis on the reasonable use. Results The essential drug prescription accounted for 51.83% in all sampling recipes; The cost proportion of essential drug prescription accounted for 14.75%; No preferably used essential drug prescription accounted for 48.18%; The no-standard essential drug prescription accounted for 10.77%; Inappropriate prescriptions with essential drugs accounted for 12.35%; The essential drug prescription inconsistent with National Essential Drugs Clinical Application Guide accounted for 16.30%. Conclusion The reasonable utilization rate of the essential drug prescription is relatively low in the hospital, which mainly embodies in the improper usage and dosage, a potential risk and drug interaction, and less effective. The implementation of national essential drug system needs to be strengthened.
