[摘要]
目前我國(guó)中藥提取多采用有機(jī)溶劑加熱、回流等方法, 成本高、提取效率低, 且多數(shù)有機(jī)溶劑具有毒性, 存在安全隱患。環(huán)糊精及其衍生物因具有優(yōu)良的生物學(xué)特性和獨(dú)特的理化性質(zhì), 日益受到人們的關(guān)注, 將其直接應(yīng)用于中藥和植物藥活性成分提取, 進(jìn)而提高天然藥物制劑水平成為研究的熱點(diǎn)。從常用的輔助提取方法、選擇性提取以及提取中藥活性成分的應(yīng)用等方面綜述環(huán)糊精及其衍生物的研究進(jìn)展, 以期為中藥、植物藥制劑技術(shù)的發(fā)展提供思路與方法。

[Abstract]
At present, heat or reflux extraction with organic solvents is widely used in the production of herb extracts in China with high cost and low extraction efficiency. Moreover, toxic organic solvents could increase the probability of safety risks in production. Cyclodextrin (CD) and its derivatives are getting more and more attention of people, because of their excellent biological characteristics and unique properties. Recently it becomes a hot research about the direct application of CD in Chinese materia medica (CMM) extracting. So in this paper, the research of the application of CD in CMM extracting was reviewed from the aspects of extraction method, selective extraction, and the application of CD in the extraction of active ingredients in CMM, so as to provide the new guidance for the application of CD and its derivatives in the field of CMM.
