目的 探討利巴韋林和喜炎平聯(lián)合治療小兒輕度手足口病的效果。方法 小兒輕度手足口病150例根據(jù)隨機抽簽原則分為治療組與對照組各75例,兩組都給予基礎治療,然后對照組給予利巴韋林治療,治療組給予利巴韋林和喜炎平聯(lián)合治療,都治療7 d。結果 治療后治療組的有效率為98.7%,對照組為89.3%,與對照組相比,治療組明顯較高(P<0.05)。與對照組相比,治療組的退熱時間、皮疹消退時間、咳嗽痊愈時間及住院時間明顯縮短(P<0.05)。治療組的血清EV71或CA16抗體轉陰率明顯高于對照組,轉陰時間明顯低于對照組(P<0.05)。兩組患兒均無不良反應發(fā)生。結論 利巴韋林和喜炎平聯(lián)合治療小兒輕度手足口病能明顯改善臨床癥狀,縮短血清EV71與CA16抗體轉陰時間,從而提高治療療效。

Objective To explore the effects of ribavirin combined with Xiyanping in treatment of mild children hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD). Methods Children (150 cases) with mild HFMD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (n = 75), both groups were given basic treatment and the control group were given ribavirin treatment, the treatment group were given ribavirin combined with Xiyanping for 7 d. Results After treatment, the total efficiencies in the treatment group and control group were 98.7% and 89.3%, respectively, and the total efficiency were significantly higher in the treatment group (P < 0.05). The cooling time, rash subsided time, recovery time, and hospital stay in the treatment group were significantly less than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The female ratio of serum EV71, CA16 and the clearance time in the treatment group were significantly lower than control group (P <0.05). There were no adverse reactions in two groups. Conclusion Ribavirin combined with Xiyanping can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and shorten the serum EV71 and CA16 antibody clearance time, thereby enhance the therapeutic efficacy.
