目的 探討血必凈注射液治療糖尿病腎病的效果,了解其對(duì)患者生存質(zhì)量的影響.方法 調(diào)查共納入80例糖尿病腎病患者,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組,每組各40例.對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)治療(口服二甲雙胍、格列齊特和貝那普利),治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上加用血必凈注射液.觀察兩組患者治療前后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血紅蛋白,膽固醇、三酰甘油,尿微量蛋白排泄率、血β2微球蛋白、尿β2微球蛋白、24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、血尿素氮等臨床指標(biāo),并獲取兩組患者的生存質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù).結(jié)果 治療組總有效率高達(dá)95%,明顯高于對(duì)照組.治療后,兩組血糖指標(biāo)、血脂指標(biāo)、腎功能指標(biāo)較治療前均有所下降(P <0.05),且治療組比對(duì)照組下降得更為明顯,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P <0.05).治療組在軀體健康、社會(huì)功能、軀體角色功能、軀體疼痛、心理健康、情緒角色功能、精力和總體健康中的評(píng)分都顯著高于對(duì)照組(P <0.05).結(jié)論 血必凈注射液對(duì)糖尿病腎病患者而言具有較好療效,可顯著改善患者的生存質(zhì)量.

Objective To investigate the effect of Xuebijing Injection in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods The survey included 80 patients, randomly divided into two groups, and each group had 40 patients. We adopted common treatment in the control group with Dimethylbiguanide, Gliclazide, and Benazepril. On the basis of common treatment, Xuebijing Injection was also included in the observation group. We examined many clinical indicators, such as fasting blood glucose, blood glucose postprandial 2 h, glycosylated hemoglobin, cholesterol, triglyceride, drainage ratio of urine minim albumin, blood urinary β2-microglobulin, urinary β2-microglobulin, quantity of 24-h urine protein, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, and so on. Timely, we collected the data for quality of life (QOL) of both groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group. After treatment, blood glucose, blood lipid, and renal function of the two groups were decreased (P <0.05), and those of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The scores of the physical health, social function, physical role, physical pain, mental health, emotional role, energy, and overall health in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Xuebijing Injection has better efficacy in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy, and could improve the patients' quality of life significantly.
