齊墩果酸和熊果酸同屬五環(huán)三萜酸類化合物,它們又是同分異構(gòu)體.藥理作用幾乎相同,都具有抗氧化、抗炎、免疫調(diào)節(jié)、抗腫瘤、抗微生物、保肝、抗糖尿病、調(diào)脂、減肥、抗動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化作用.綜述齊墩果酸和熊果酸保護(hù)神經(jīng)細(xì)胞、鎮(zhèn)痛、抗焦慮、抗神經(jīng)分裂癥、抗抑郁、改善學(xué)習(xí)記憶等神經(jīng)精神藥理作用,為齊墩果酸和熊果酸防治老年癡呆、帕金森病和抑郁癥的研發(fā)提供依據(jù).

Oleanolic acid and ursolic acid belong to pentacyclic triterpenoid carboxylic acid, and are isomers yet. Their pharmacologic effects are full alike. Oleanolic acid and ursolic acid have the effects of anti-oxidation, anti-inflammation, immune regulation, antitumor, antimicrobe, hepatoprotection, antidiabetes, lipidemic regulation, anti-obesity, and anti-atherosclerosis. In this paper, the literature data on neuropsychopharmacologic effects of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in neuroprotection, antinociception, anti-anxiety, anti-schizophrenia, antidepression, improvement of study and memory, etc. are reviewed, so as to provide the basis for the research and development of the prevention and treatment for Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson disease, and depression.
