Methods HPLC was performed on the Agilent TC-C18(2) column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) with the mobile phase of MeOH-H2O (43:57), the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min, the detection wavelength 246 nm, and the column temperature was 30℃. Results The element regression equation of psoralen was Y=84.44X+9.994, r=0.999 9 (n=12). The element regression equation of isopsoralen was Y=82.434X+8.895 2, r=0.999 9 (n=12). The concentrations of psoralen and isopsoralen were within the range of 4.04-151.5 μg. Conclusion The method is simple, reliable, and specific, with good reproducibility, and could be used to determine the content of psoralen and isopsoralen in Longbishu Pills."/>
