目的 系統(tǒng)評價右旋佐匹克隆與佐匹克隆治療失眠癥患者的療效及安全性。方法 檢索國內(nèi)外科技期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫,納入右旋佐匹克隆、佐匹克隆治療失眠癥的隨機(jī)對照試驗,并進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果 共納入7項研究1021例患者,治療2周后,2組睡眠障礙量表(SDRS)減分值比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義[P=0.57,MD=0.77,95%CI(-1.88~3.41)];2組顯效率差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義[P=0.76,OR=0.96,95%CI(0.73~1.26)];2組頭痛頭暈、口干、口苦、惡心嘔吐、嗜睡、上腹不適等不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P > 0.05)。結(jié)論 右旋佐匹克隆與佐匹克隆治療失眠癥療效及安全性相似。

Objective To evaluate the differences in the efficacy and side effects between eszopiclon and zopiclon in the treatment of insomnia. Methods Randomized controlled trials assessing eszopiclon and zopiclon in the treatment of insomnia were retrieved from the domestic and foreign periodicals of science and technology database, and included in this Meta-analysis. Results Seven RCT involving 1 021 patients were identified. After 2 week, there was no statistically significant difference in SRDS subtraction score between two groups [P=0.57, MD=0.77, 95%CI (?1.88-3.41)]; There was no statistically significant difference showing the efficiency of two groups [P=0.76, OR=0.96, 95%CI (0.73-1.26)]; The main reactions such as headache dizziness, dry mouth, bitter mouth, somnolence, nausea, and vomiting in two groups had no statistically significant difference in incidence of epigastric discomfort (P > 0.05). Conclusion Eszopiclon and zopiclon in the treatment of insomnia have a similar efficacy and safety.
