目的 了解冠心寧注射液近10年來的臨床應(yīng)用與不良反應(yīng)情況。方法 以"冠心寧注射液"為檢索詞,檢索2005年1月-2015年9月中國期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(CNKI)和中國生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(CBM)中收錄的有關(guān)文獻(xiàn),回顧性分析其臨床療效、適用病癥、不良反應(yīng)、使用劑量等。結(jié)果 共納入254篇11558例患者參加的研究報(bào)道,該藥用于治療循環(huán)系統(tǒng)、呼吸系統(tǒng)、泌尿系統(tǒng)等多種疾病,83例出現(xiàn)不良反應(yīng),其中21例為過敏反應(yīng),其他不良反應(yīng)程度較輕。結(jié)論 冠心寧注射液的臨床療效較為顯著,不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率低,而且程度輕。

Objective To investigate the clinical applications and adverse responses of Guanxinning Injections. Methods Searched the China national knowledge infrastructure (CNKI) and Chinese biomedical literature database (CBM) with the key word "Guanxinning Injection" from January 2005 to September 2015, and then retrospectively analyzed the clinical effects, side effects, doses of drugs, as well as diseases that the injection treated. Results 254 relative articles were involved, including 11 558 patients. There were 21 cases with allergic reactions, and other low-degree adverse effects. Conclusion Guanxinning Injection has dramatic clinical effects with low incidence of adverse reaction, but attention paid to the safety evaluation of Guanxinning injection is not adequate.
