[摘要]
小檗堿是黃連的主要成分,屬于異喹啉類(lèi)生物堿,具有調(diào)血脂、抗血栓形成、降血糖、抗氧化、抗炎、抑制血管平滑肌細(xì)胞增殖、保護(hù)血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞和促血管內(nèi)皮舒張因子釋放等多種作用,且能從多個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)抑制動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化的形成與發(fā)展。綜述研究近年來(lái)有關(guān)小檗堿對(duì)動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化作用機(jī)制的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)其作用機(jī)制主要包括調(diào)控炎癥因子相關(guān)基因的表達(dá)、抗氧化應(yīng)激、減少脂質(zhì)合成、改善血管內(nèi)膜細(xì)胞等幾方面,從而為小檗堿臨床應(yīng)用及研發(fā)新的天然藥物提供理論基礎(chǔ)。

Berberine is the main component of Chinese materia medica Coptidis Rhizoma, which belongs to the category of alkaloids, with the effects of regulating blood fat, anti-thrombosis, reducing blood sugar, anti-oxidation, anti-inflammation, inhibiting tube smooth muscle cell proliferation, and protecting vascular endothelial cells, and the effect of a variety of factors, such as release of angiogenic endothelial diastolic, and can inhibit the formation and development of atherosclerosis from multiple aspects. The advances in research in recent years of berberine on the mechanism of the atherosclerosis related literature, found that the mechanism mainly included several aspects such as regulation of inflammatory cytokine related gene expression, oxidative stress, reduced lipid synthesis, improved endothelial cell, etc., which provided theoretical basis and clinical application of berberine for the development of new natural drugs.
