4+/CD8+變化情況。對兩組患者治療后進行追蹤預后,比較產婦及新生兒結局:終止妊娠、自然分娩、早產、新生兒窒息的發(fā)生率。結果 觀察組總有效率為94%,明顯高于對照組總有效率74%(P<0.05);治療后兩組患者血壓較治療前有明顯降低(P<0.05);觀察組比對照組降低更明顯,組間比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。治療后兩組尿蛋白水平均顯著下降(P<0.05);觀察組尿蛋白水平明顯低于對照組(P<0.05)。治療后兩組患者血黏度、PCV、S/D、CPR及CD4+/CD8+都明顯改善,與治療前比較差異顯著(P<0.05),且觀察組各指標改善情況明顯優(yōu)于對照組,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。治療后,觀察組患者自然分娩率明顯高于對照組患者,觀察組產婦終止妊娠、早產及新生兒窒息的發(fā)生率明顯低于對照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。結論 硝苯地平聯(lián)合硫酸美治療妊娠高血壓療效明顯,具有臨床推廣價值。;Objective To observe the curative effect of Nifedipine combined with Magnesium Sulfate on the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension. Methods Totally 100 cases diagnosed with pregnancy-induced hypertension were selected and divided into observation group and control group randomly, 50 cases in each group. The patients in control group were treated with iv infusion of Magnesium Sulfate. The patients in observation group were given Magnesium Sulfate combined with oral nifedipine. Then the clinical effect of the two groups after treatment were observed. To detect the patient's systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure, and compare the changes before and after treatment. The levels of urinary protein, blood viscosity, red blood cell (PCV), fetal umbilical artery systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure (S/D), C reactive protein (CPR) and CD4+/CD8+ were measured before and after treatment in two groups. After treatment, two groups of patients were followed to prognosis, compared with the maternal and neonatal outcomes, including termination of pregnancy, spontaneous labor, premature birth, and neonatal asphyxia incidence. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 94%, which was significantly higher than that of 74% in control group (P<0.05). Blood pressure in the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05), and that of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of urinary protein in the two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05); the level of urinary protein in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, blood viscosity, PCV, S/D, CPR and CD4+/CD8+ of two groups were significantly improved (P<0.05), and the observation group, each index improved significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, natural childbirth rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,maternal termination of pregnancy, premature birth and neonatal asphyxia incidence of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups has statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of Nifedipine combined with Magnesium Sulfate on the patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension shows obvious therapeutic effect, which is worthy of clinical popularization."/>
