伏立康唑（voriconazole）是一種新型的三唑類抗真菌藥，主要用于治療侵襲性曲霉菌和念珠菌引發(fā)的感染，特別是對耐氟康唑的白色念珠菌有極好療效，目前已廣泛應用于臨床。掌握和了解其藥動學特征及其影響因素對于臨床給藥方案的選擇和調(diào)整具有重要的指導意義。從伏立康唑藥動學主要影響因素以及特殊人群的藥動學特征兩個方面對其藥動學行為進行比較和分析，為臨床安全、合理用藥提供理論依據(jù)。

Voriconazole, as a new type of triazole antifungal drug, has been widely applied in clinic, mainly used in the treatment of infection caused by invasive Aspergillus and Candidal, especially the fluconazole resistance of Candidal albicans. Grasp and understand its pharmacokinetic characteristics and the influence factors have important significance for the clinical dosage regimen and adjustment. In this article, the influence factors of voriconazole and pharmacokinetic characteristics of special population have been reviewed, which may provide theoretical basis for clinical pharmacotherapy of safety and rationality.
