[摘要]
近紅外光譜分析技術(shù)具有原位無損分析、分析成本低、速度快、易實(shí)現(xiàn)在線檢測(cè)等特點(diǎn),對(duì)于提高藥品質(zhì)量控制,實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)過程在線監(jiān)控具有重要意義。通過查閱近年來國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)并進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),綜述了近紅外光譜分析技術(shù)在原料藥與輔料質(zhì)量控制、藥物理化參數(shù)分析、藥物活性組分分析等領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用,為原料藥的質(zhì)量控制與藥物生產(chǎn)的在線監(jiān)控提供參考。

As a nondestructive, low cost, fast acquisition and on-line analytical technique, near-infared reflectance spectroscopy had significant meaning for strengthening the quality control of drug manufacturing and improving the on-line monitoring of production process. The author arrangemented the documents to review the research progress on application of near-infrared reflectance spectroscopy in quality control of raw material, drug physicochemical analysis, active pharmaceutical ingredient analysis, and provide references for controlling of raw material and on-line monitoring of pharmaceutical production.
