山楂含有黃酮、多糖、有機(jī)酸等生物活性物質(zhì)，對(duì)黃酮、有機(jī)酸等有效成分研究較多，而對(duì)山楂多糖的研究較少。山楂多糖具有抗疲勞、增強(qiáng)免疫力、抗氧化、抗腫瘤以及調(diào)血脂等藥理作用，其提取方法主要有水提、超聲波提取、微波提取。主要綜述近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)山楂多糖的藥理作用以及其提取工藝的研究進(jìn)展，為更好地開(kāi)發(fā)利用山楂這一植物藥資源，進(jìn)而研發(fā)相關(guān)新藥提供依據(jù)。
