目的 探討補(bǔ)腎固齒丸治療中老年牙周炎患者的療效及作用機(jī)制。方法 選取2016年1月-12月承德醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬醫(yī)院收治的120例中老年牙周炎患者，隨機(jī)分為2組（n=60）。對(duì)照組給予基礎(chǔ)治療，試驗(yàn)組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服補(bǔ)腎固齒丸4 g/次，2次/d，均連續(xù)治療3個(gè)月。對(duì)比兩組治療前后的牙周療效指標(biāo)、免疫因子和炎癥因子以及中醫(yī)證候積分的變化。結(jié)果 治療前兩組的觀察指標(biāo)和中醫(yī)證候總積分無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。治療后，兩組的牙周療效指標(biāo)（患牙平均探診深度、菌斑指數(shù)、附著喪失水平）均較治療前降低，且試驗(yàn)組的均低于對(duì)照組的（P<0.05）；兩組血清免疫蛋白IgM、IgA未發(fā)生改變，IgG水平高于治療前，且試驗(yàn)組的IgG水平高于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）；兩組血清炎癥因子IL-6、IL-1β、C反應(yīng)蛋白、TNF-α水平均較治療前降低，且治療組的低于對(duì)照組的（P<0.05）；兩組中醫(yī)證候積分顯著降低，且試驗(yàn)組的低于對(duì)照組的（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 補(bǔ)腎固齒丸輔助治療中老年牙周炎患者有利于提高臨床療效、改善患者免疫功能、降低炎癥反應(yīng)水平。

Objective To investigate the curative effect and mechanism of Bushen Guchi Pills in the treatment of middle-aged and elderly patients with periodontitis. Methods 120 middle-aged and elderly patients with periodontitis admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical College from January to December 2016 were enrolled and divided randomly into two groups (n=60). The control group was given basic treatment. The experimental group was given Bushen Guchi Pills 4 g/time, twice a day for 3 months on the basis of the control group. The changes of periodontal efficacy index, immune factors, inflammatory factors and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the indexes and total score of TCM syndromes between the two groups. After treatment, the indexes of periodontal efficacy (mean probing depth, plaque index and attachment loss) in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and these indexes in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Serum IgM and IgA did not change in both groups, IgG level was higher than that before treatment, and IgG level in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The serum levels of IL-6, IL-1β, CRP, and TNF-α in both groups were lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05). The scores of TCM syndromes in two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusions Bushen Guchi Pills adjuvant treatment of middle-aged and elderly patients with periodontitis is beneficial to improving clinical efficacy and immune function, and reducing the level of inflammatory response.
