目的 評價疏風(fēng)解毒方聯(lián)合環(huán)丙沙星與維生素C治療肺風(fēng)粉刺的臨床療效和愈后。方法 將60例痤瘡中醫(yī)辨證為肺經(jīng)風(fēng)熱型的患者隨機(jī)分成治療組與對照組各30例，對照組給予外用鹽酸環(huán)丙沙星和口服VitC，治療組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上同時給予疏風(fēng)解毒膠囊，兩組療程均為1個月。兩組分別在治療2、4周時評價系統(tǒng)癥狀（口干、便秘等）和皮損炎癥好轉(zhuǎn)情況、新發(fā)皮損情況、愈后（出現(xiàn)色素沉著和凹陷性瘢痕）情況、臨床總有效率，同時考察兩組不良反應(yīng)以評價其安全性。結(jié)果 兩組治療后臨床療效對比，治療組總有效率為96.67%高于對照組的76.67%（P<0.05）。治療兩周后，治療組口渴、便秘等系統(tǒng)癥狀減輕例數(shù)、皮損處紅腫消退例數(shù)分別為26例、24例，對照組為4例、7例，治療組的癥狀減輕人數(shù)明顯多于對照組，差異有顯著統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.01）；且兩周后治療組有新發(fā)皮損數(shù)明顯少于對照組，差異有顯著統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.01）。結(jié)論 疏風(fēng)解毒方聯(lián)合環(huán)丙沙星與維生素C在治療痤瘡肺經(jīng)風(fēng)熱證上療效顯著，愈后理想。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and prognosis of the treatment of pulmonary air acne combined with the treatment of Typhopus Decoction and VitC. Methods Sixty patients with acne vulgaris were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride and VitC. The treatment group was treated on the basis of the control group Given Shufeng Jiedu Capsules, two groups of treatment are one month. Results The total effective rate was 96.67% in the treatment group compared with 76.67% (P < 0.05) in the control group. Conclusion Shufeng Jiedu Capsules combined with VitC have the significant effect and more ideal in the treatment of acne vulgaris by wind and heat syndrome.
