[摘要]
目的 研究玉米須總黃酮抗炎鎮(zhèn)痛及對家兔急性痛風(fēng)關(guān)節(jié)炎的改善作用。方法 預(yù)ig給予小鼠玉米須總黃酮(2.12、1.06、0.53 g/kg)7 d,進(jìn)行耳腫脹實驗、熱板實驗和扭體實驗,觀察小鼠耳腫脹度、出現(xiàn)舔足時間、出現(xiàn)扭體時間及扭體次數(shù);預(yù)ig給予家兔玉米須總黃酮(0.58、0.29、0.15 g/kg)7 d,右踝關(guān)節(jié)腔內(nèi)注射尿酸鈉溶液誘導(dǎo)急性痛風(fēng)性關(guān)節(jié)炎,制作家兔膝關(guān)節(jié)軟骨組織病理切片,觀察病理變化。結(jié)果 與對照組比較,玉米須總黃酮中、高劑量組小鼠耳腫脹度顯著降低(P<0.05),出現(xiàn)舔足時間顯著延長(P<0.05),高劑量組出現(xiàn)扭體時間顯著延長、扭體次數(shù)顯著減少(P<0.05);家兔急性關(guān)節(jié)炎實驗,與模型組比較,玉米須總黃酮組滑膜組織炎癥明顯減輕,充血、水腫、滑膜增生不明顯,少量炎細(xì)胞浸潤。結(jié)論 玉米須總黃酮發(fā)揮抗炎鎮(zhèn)痛作用,且對家兔急性痛風(fēng)性關(guān)節(jié)炎具有改善作用。

[Abstract]
Objective To explore total flavone from Stigma maydis in experimental anti-inflammatory analgesic effect in mice and its effects on rabbit acute gouty arthritis.Methods Mice were ig pretreated with total flavone from S. maydis (2.12, 1.06, and 0.53 g/kg) for 7 d. Ear swelling, hot plate test and twisting test were used to observe the ear swelling, the time before licking feet, the time before twisting and the number of writhing. Rabbit were ig pretreated with total flavone from S. maydis (0.58, 0.29, and 0.15 g/kg) for 7 d. Injection of sodium urate solution in the right ankle joint to induce acute gouty arthritis. Rabbit knee joint cartilage tissue pathological slices were made to observe articular cartilage tissue pathological changes.Results Compared with control group, the ear swelling of total flavone from S. maydis high and medium dose group decreased significantly (P< 0.05), and the time before licking foot was prolonged significantly (P< 0.05). The time before twisting prolonged significantly and the number of twisting body decreased significantly in high-dose group (P< 0.05). In rabbit acute arthritis, compared with model group, synovial tissue inflammation in total flavone from S. maydis group significantly reduced, hyperemia, edema, and synovial hyperplasia were not obvious, a small amount of inflammatory cells infiltration.Conclusion Total flavone from S. maydis has certain anti-inflammatory analgesic effects, which has a certain therapeutic effect on rabbit acute arthritis.
