[摘要]
目的 研究傷科接骨片聯(lián)合骨瓜提取物注射液促進骨折愈合的臨床效果。方法 選擇2015年1月-2016年12月在三門峽市中醫(yī)院進行診治的120例骨折患者,隨機分為兩組。對照組(60例)靜脈滴注骨瓜提取物注射液治療,每次50 mg,每天1次;觀察組(60例)在對照組基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合口服傷科接骨片治療,4片/次,3次/d。比較兩組的臨床治療效果,觀察兩組的肉芽組織生長時間、骨折愈合時間、感染控制時間、住院時間和創(chuàng)面封閉時間,并比較治療前后的血清白介素-6、腫瘤壞死因子-α以及白介素-23水平。結(jié)果 觀察組的優(yōu)良率為83.33%(50/60),明顯高于對照組的63.33%(38/60),差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。觀察組的肉芽組織生長時間、骨折愈合時間、感染控制時間、住院時間和創(chuàng)面封閉時間均明顯短于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。經(jīng)治療后,兩組的白介素-6、腫瘤壞死因子-α以及白介素-23水平均明顯降低,同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05);且觀察組明顯低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 傷科接骨片聯(lián)合骨瓜提取物注射液可以有效促進骨折患者的傷口愈合,控制感染,改善血清感染相關(guān)指標。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of bone melon extract injection combined with shang ke bone knitting tablets in promoting fracture healing. Methods Selected 120 cases of patients with fracture who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016, divided into two groups randomly. The control group was treated with intravenous injection of bone melon extract, 50 mg per day, 1 times a day; the observation group was treated with shang ke bone knitting tablets, 4 tablets each time, 3 times a day. The clinical therapeutic effect of two groups were compared, observe two groups of granulation tissue growth time, fracture healing time, infection control time, hospitalization time and wound healing time, and compared before and after treatment of serum interleukin -6, tumor necrosis factor alpha and interleukin -23 levels. Results After treatment, the effective rate of the observation group was 83.33%(50/60), significantly higher than that of the control group 63.33% (38/60) (P<0.05). The granulation tissue growth time, fracture healing time, infection control time, hospital stay and wound closure time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of interleukin-6, tumor necrosis factor alpha and interleukin -23 in the two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Bone melon extract injection combined with shang ke bone knitting tablets can effectively promote wound healing, control infection and improve serum infection related indicators.
