The in vivo process and fate of drug molecules are determined by its absorption, tissue distribution, metabolism and excretion. As an effective complementary to conventional biological sample measurements. Radiolabeled isotope tracing technology has been widespread applied in all stages of drug discovery and development. Due to its high sensitivity and applicability, the radiolabeled approach exhibits advantages. In the review, the application of radiolabeled tracing technology has been reviewed and summarized, which may provide valuable information for scientists in this field.
