Methods Thermo Acclaim C18 column,Thermo SCIENTIFIC Syncronis C18 column was used. The detection wavelength was set at 321 nm, 280 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was maintained at 35℃. Results Ferulic acid was linear in the range from 1.12 to 112.30 μg/mL and the regression equation was Y=46 335 540 X + 44 186.71 (r=0.998). Ligustilide was linear in the range from 1.33 to 132.60 μg/mL and the regression equation was Y=14 514 060 X + 8 715.27 (r=0.999). Levistolide A was linear in the range from 0.96 to 95.50 μg/mL and the regression equation was Y=22 031 250 X + 16 472.10 (r=0.999). Conclusion The method is accurate, simple and feasible, and can be used as an ideal method for the quality control of tianqi tongjing capsule."/>
