桂枝茯苓丸是張仲景《金匱要略》的經(jīng)典名方，由桂枝、茯苓、牡丹皮、白芍、桃仁5味中藥組成。近年來的藥理和臨床研究表明該方應(yīng)用范圍十分廣泛，治療疾病由婦科擴(kuò)展到男科，常用來治療痛經(jīng)、盆腔炎、子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥、子宮肌瘤、卵巢囊腫、乳腺增生、前列腺增生等疾病，其藥理作用涉及抗凝、抗炎、抗腫瘤等多個(gè)方面。綜述其臨床及實(shí)驗(yàn)研究進(jìn)展，以期為新藥研發(fā)提供依據(jù)。

Guizhi Fuling Pill is a classical prescription of Zhang Zhongjing's Synopsis of Golden Chamber. It consists of five traditional Chinese medicines:Cinnamomi Ramulus, Poria, Moutan Cortex, Paeoniae Radix Alba, and Persicae Semen. In recent years, pharmacological and clinical researches have shown that the prescription of Guizhi Fuling Pill has wide clinical application, which can be applied for the extended treatment of diseases from gynecology to male. It is often used to treat dysmenorrhea, pelvic inflammation, endometriosis, uterine myoma, ovarian cysts, mammary hyperplasia, prostatic hyperplasia and so on. Its pharmacological mechanism involves anticoagulant, anti-inflammatory, and antitumor. The progress of clinical and experimental research is reviewed in the article in order to provide evidence for new drug research and development.
