+/CD8+以及CD4+均明顯升高,CD8+明顯降低(P<0.05);且觀察組免疫功能明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 地黃葉總苷膠囊聯(lián)合嗎替麥考酚酯分散片治療腎病綜合征的療效確切,能有效改善患者的腎功能、血液流變學(xué)以及免疫功能,值得臨床推廣使用。;Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Dihuangye Total Glycosides Capsules combined with Mycophenolate mofetil Dispersible Tablets in treatment of nephrotic syndrome. Methods 102 cases of patients with nephrotic syndrome in The Second Hospital of Yulin from January 2015 to December 2017, were randomly divided into control group (51 cases) and observation group (51 cases). Patients in the control group were po administered with Mycophenolate mofetil Dispersible Tablets, 1.0 g/time, twice daily. Patients in the observation group were po administered with Dihuangye Total Glycosides Capsules on the basis of control group, 0.4 g/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 8 weeeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and renal function, hemorheology indexes, and immune function of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the effective rate in the observation group was 92.16%, which was significantly higher than 76.47% in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of BUN, 24 h urine protein, and Scr were significantly decreased, (P<0.05), and the renal function indexes in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, blood viscosity and platelet aggregation rate in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the observation group was significantly lower than control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the CD4+/CD8+ and CD4+ of the two groups were increased significantly, while CD8+ decreased significantly (P<0.05), and the immune function indexes in the observation group was more better than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Dihuangye Total Glycosides Capsules combined with Mycophenolate mofetil Dispersible Tablets has a definite curative effect on nephrotic syndrome. It can effectively improve the renal function, hemorheology and immune function of patients. It is worthy of clinical application."/>
