[摘要]
目的 探討硫酸特布他林注射液聯(lián)合注射用炎琥寧治療對支原體肺炎患兒的療效及血清粒細胞集落刺激因子(GCSF)和單核細胞趨化蛋白1(MCP-1)水平的影響。方法 以2016年1月-2017年12月在漣水縣人民醫(yī)院接受治療的96例支原體感染的肺炎患兒為研究對象,按隨機數(shù)字表法分為對照組和觀察組,每組各48例。對照組患兒靜脈滴注注射用炎琥寧,5~10 mg/kg的劑量加入10%葡萄糖溶液55~250 mL中,1次/d;觀察組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合硫酸特布他林注射液進行治療。觀察兩組的臨床療效、相關(guān)癥狀及體征消失時間、住院時間以及治療前后炎性因子、G-CSF、MCP-1的水平變化。結(jié)果 治療后,觀察組總有效率為93.75%,明顯高于對照組的總有效率77.08%,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。治療后,觀察組的相關(guān)癥狀及體征消失時間以及住院時間明顯低于對照組,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組白細胞介素-6(IL-6)、白細胞介素-8(IL-8)、干擾素-γ(IFN-γ)、C反應蛋白(CRP)水平顯著低于治療前,同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05);且治療后觀察組各炎性因子水平明顯低于對照組,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組患者G-CSF和MCP-1水平顯著降低,同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05);治療后,觀察組患者G-CSF和MCP-1水平明顯低于對照組,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 硫酸特布他林注射液聯(lián)合注射用炎琥寧治療小兒支原體肺炎可明顯改善患者的臨床癥狀,降低炎性因子以及血清G-CSF與MCP-1水平。

Objective To investigate the influence of Terbutaline Sulfate Injection combined with Potassium Sodium Pehydroandroandrographolide Succinate for Injection on the expressions G-CSF and MCP-1 in treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods Children (96 cases) with mycoplasma pneumonia in Lianshui County People's Hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control (48 cases) and observation (48 cases) groups. Children in the control group were given Potassium Sodium Pehydroandroandrographolide Succinate for Injection, 5-10 mg/kg added into 10% Glucose Solution 55-250 mL, once daily. Observation group was given Terbutaline Sulfate Injection on the basis of control group. Clinical efficacy, disappeared time of related symptoms and signs, hospitalization time, the changes of cytokines, G-CSF and MCP-1 levels before and after treatment in two groups were observed.Results After treatment, the effective rate in observation group was 93.75%, which was significantly higher than 77.08% in control group, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the disappeared time of related symptoms and signs, and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-6, IL-8, IFN-γ, and CRP in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, serum inflammatory factors in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of G-CSF and MCP-1 in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of G-CSF and MCP-1 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Terbutaline Sulfate Injection combined with Potassium Sodium Pehydroandroandrographolide Succinate for Injection can effectively improve the clinical efficacy, and decrease the inflammatory factors, G-CSF and MCP-1 levels
