目的 探究丹參川芎嗪注射液聯(lián)合阿托伐他汀鈣片對(duì)2型糖尿病合并頸動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化患者血脂及頸動(dòng)脈血流參數(shù)的影響。方法 選取2016年3月-2018年5月楊凌示范區(qū)醫(yī)院收治的80例2型糖尿病合并頸動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化患者，根據(jù)入院順序隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和觀察組，每組各40例。對(duì)照組在常規(guī)控制血糖的基礎(chǔ)上口服阿托伐他汀鈣片，10 mg/次，2次/d；觀察組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上靜脈滴注丹參川芎嗪注射液，10 mL用生理鹽水稀釋至250 mL，1次/d。兩組均治療6個(gè)月。比較治療前后兩組患者血脂及頸動(dòng)脈血流參數(shù)。結(jié)果 治療后，兩組三酰甘油（TG）、總膽固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇（LDLC）均明顯低于治療前，高密度脂蛋白膽固醇（HDL-C）明顯高于治療前，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且觀察組各指標(biāo)明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組阻力指數(shù)（RI）、搏動(dòng)指數(shù)（PI）均明顯低于治療前，血液平均流速（V_mean）與收縮期血液峰值流速（PSV）均明顯高于治療前，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且觀察組各指標(biāo)顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 丹參川芎嗪注射液聯(lián)合阿托伐他汀鈣片治療2型糖尿病合并頸動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化可有效降低患者血脂水平，改善頸動(dòng)脈血流參數(shù)，從而改善頸動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化，值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。

Objective To investigate the effects of Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets on blood lipid and carotid blood flow parameters in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with carotid atherosclerosis. Methods Patients (80 cases) with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with carotid atherosclerosis in Yangling Demonstration Zone Hospital from March 2016 to May 2018 were divided into control and observation groups according to the order of admission, and each group had 40 cases. The control group was treated with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets based on routine of blood glucose control. The observation group were iv administered with Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection on the basis of the control group, 10 mL diluted to 250 mL with normal saline, once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 6 months. After treatment, the levels of blood lipid and carotid blood flow parameters before and after treatment in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of TG, TC and LDL-C in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, but HDL-C was significantly higher than before, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05), and the indexes in the observation group was significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, RI and PI in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, but V_mean and PSV were significantly higher than before, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the parameters in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with carotid atherosclerosis can significantly reduce blood lipid levels, and improve carotid blood flow parameters, thereby improving carotid atherosclerosis, which has a certain clinical application value.
