目的 研究替吉奧聯(lián)合改良XELOX方案治療晚期胃癌患者的效果。方法 選擇2015年1月-2017年12月韓城市人民醫(yī)院收治的62例晚期胃癌患者，隨機(jī)分為兩組。對(duì)照組采用改良XELOX方案治療，觀察組采用替吉奧聯(lián)合改良XELOX方案治療。比較兩組的近期療效，不良反應(yīng)分級(jí)情況以及腫瘤進(jìn)展時(shí)間。結(jié)果 觀察組的近期有效率為58.06%，明顯高于對(duì)照組的38.71%（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的周圍神經(jīng)毒性、白細(xì)胞減少、疲勞、肌肉關(guān)節(jié)疼痛、中性粒細(xì)胞減少、嘔吐/惡心、貧血、口腔黏膜炎、血小板減少、腎損傷和腹瀉等不良反應(yīng)分級(jí)情況相比無(wú)明顯的差異。觀察組和對(duì)照組的腫瘤進(jìn)展時(shí)間分別為（6.34±1.27）d和（5.73±1.62）d，兩組比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論 替吉奧膠囊聯(lián)合改良XELOX方案能顯著提高晚期胃癌患者的近期療效，且不會(huì)使不良反應(yīng)增加，也不會(huì)明顯影響腫瘤進(jìn)展時(shí)間。

Objective To investigate the effect of S-1 Capsules combined with modified XELOX regimen in treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods Selected 62 cases of patients with advanced gastric cancer who were treated in Hancheng People's Hospital from January 2015 to December 2017, divided into two groups randomly. The control group was treated with modified XELOX regimen, while the observation group was treated with modified XELOX regimen combined with Tegafur,Gimeracil and Oteracil Potassium Capsules. The short-term curative effect, grade of adverse reactions and the time of tumor progression were compared between two groups. Results The effective rate of the observation group (58.06%) was significantly higher than control group (38.71%) (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the classification of peripheral nerve toxicity, leukopenia, fatigue, muscle and joint pain, neutropenia, vomiting/nausea, anemia, oral mucositis, thrombocytopenia, renal injury and diarrhea. The time of tumor progression in observation group and control group were (6.34±1.27) d and (5.73 ±1.62) d, there was no significant difference between two groups. Conclusion Tegafur,Gimeracil and Oteracil Potassium Capsules combined with modified XELOX regimen can significantly improve the short-term efficacy of patients with advanced gastric cancer, and will not increase adverse reactions, will not significantly affect the time of tumor progression.
